Focused Billing

$3,120.00

Service Agreement: Focused Billing Package

1. Term and Fees The Client agrees to a minimum term of twelve (12) months, unless otherwise stated in the contract. The monthly fee is $3,000.00, which provides eighty (80) hours of service per month.

2. Scope of Work Allocated hours may be utilized for general insurance and billing tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Claims, adjustments, and electronic remittance alignment.

  • Patient invoicing, benefits verification, prior authorizations, and coverage analysis.

  • Portal setup (Availity, NPPES, PECOS, CAQH).

  • Code revision and profit optimization training.

3. Credentialing and Paneling Election The Client may elect to utilize monthly package hours for credentialing services.

  • Advisory: The Provider advises that credentialing is time-intensive and may significantly reduce the hours available for standard billing duties during the initial months of the contract.

  • Option: The Client may choose, upon consultation, to pay a separate flat fee for credentialing to preserve monthly hours for billing tasks.

4. Overage and Rollover Policy

  • Expiration: Unused hours expire at the end of the month and do not roll over.

  • Additional Time: Hours in excess of the included 80 may be purchased at the Client's discounted package rate, subject to Provider availability.

This price is subject to a 12 month commitment unless otherwise stated in your contract. If you chose to stop the 12 month commitment please give 60 day notice and there will be a $1500 early cancelation fee unless otherwise stated in your contract. If there are any late or returned payments then there will be a $50 additional charge added to your balance for that month.
