Service Agreement: "Introduce Me" Package
1. Term and Fees This is a one-time engagement for a duration of one (1) month. The fee is $2,000.00, which provides forty (40) hours of service.
2. Scope of Work
Primary Focus (Onboarding): Aggregation of Client information (EMR, Authorizations, Rosters), review of billing protocols, and scheduling of necessary training.
Secondary Focus (Billing): Remaining hours may be used for standard tasks such as claims processing, denial management, invoicing, benefits verification, and portal setup (Availity, NPPES, PECOS, CAQH).
3. Exclusions
Credentialing & Paneling: These are separate services requiring a separate fee.
Training Delivery: While the scheduling of training is included, the delivery of training sessions is a separate fee.
4. Overage and Expiration
Expiration: All hours expire at the end of the one-month term and do not roll over.
Additional Time: Additional hours may be purchased at the discounted package rate, subject to Provider availability. (processing fees are applied)
