Government Group Provider Credentialing & Panel Enrollment Services

$939.75

Government Contracting Services (CMS, TRICARE, and Other Government Payers)

Government payer enrollment and contracting requirements vary by state and program. Due to the complexity of government contracting, the enrollment and credentialing process is typically more extensive and time-consuming than commercial insurance payer enrollment.

Upon completion of a formal consultation and mutual agreement to proceed, The Insurance Magician, LLC will begin the government contracting process on the Client's behalf.

Group Contracting

Group contracts establish standardized reimbursement rates for covered billing codes under the participating payer agreement.

Please note that requesting a group contract does not automatically enroll providers into the agreement. Each individual provider must separately complete credentialing and payer panel enrollment requirements before being added to the group contract.

Individual provider credentialing and panel enrollment services are billed separately. Please refer to the Individual Contract and Credentialing Fee Schedule for applicable fees.

Client Obligations

To initiate services, the Client agrees to provide the following:

  1. Initial Consultation

    • Schedule and attend a 60-minute consultation to review practice structure, payer goals, and required enrollment information.

  2. Business Documentation

    • Proof of current tax filing status demonstrating good standing.

    • IRS EIN Assignment Letter (CP 575 or equivalent documentation).

  3. State Licensing
