1. Fees and Duration The base fee for this service begins at $550.00. The session is a one-on-one consultation lasting 90 minutes.

2. Scope of Training The session covers the fundamentals of billing, including CPT codes, Diagnosis codes, EHR system utilization, and claims processing.

3. Practical Application (Chart Audit) The Provider will assess the Client's current caseload and review patient charts. The Provider will advise on "recoding" or correcting charts to ensure alignment between session notes and billed codes, satisfying insurance requirements for Medical Necessity.

4. Deliverables The Client will receive guidance on obtaining coverage and a reference guide ("Cheat Sheet") for managing future changes to patient charts.
