Service Agreement: Team Billing Training

1. Fees and Scope The fee for this engagement is $1,550.00, covering training for the Client's entire team. The total service duration is 3.5 hours.

2. Curriculum The training covers the application of billing and diagnosis codes, specifically identifying valid codes versus those prone to insurer rejection. Instruction emphasizes real-world scenarios and practical comprehension.

3. Delivery Schedule The training is delivered via three distinct virtual sessions:

  • Phase 1 (Strategy): Review of pricing/codes and definition of learning objectives. (90min)

  • Phase 2 (Training): Hands-on instruction utilizing custom documentation.(90min)

  • Phase 3 (Review): A follow-up Q&A session to be scheduled 2 to 3 weeks post-training to review implementation.(30min)

4. Materials The Provider will supply a customized PDF "Cheat Sheet" for staff use as a daily reference guide.

This session is a training session and will come with virtual support materials, and reference documentation to utilize after the class. You will have the option to reach out to the instructor for additional support through email. If additional training is needed second class can be booked for a discounted rate negotiated based on time and length of training, All training is virtual and not done in person at this time. If you need in person training all travel must be requested and paid for by the facility requesting the training. The total time for this training is 210minutes.
